3. Data Storage & Security
تُشفّر الاستفسارات المرسلة عبر الموقع وتُحفظ نسخة احتياطية منها في Cloudflare D1. وتُخزّن الملفات المرفقة في حاوية Cloudflare R2 خاصة وغير متاحة للعامة. نحتفظ بهذه النسخ والملفات لمدة 365 يومًا، ثم تُحذف تلقائيًا.
قد نستمر في الاحتفاظ ببيانات الاتصال والمراسلات التجارية اللاحقة في Brevo وفي سجلات أعمالنا للمدة اللازمة للرد على الاستفسار وإدارة علاقة تجارية محتملة أو قائمة والوفاء بالمتطلبات القانونية أو تسوية النزاعات. يمكنك طلب الحذف، حيثما ينطبق، عبر info@miraclesoda.com.
4. ملفات تعريف الارتباط وخدمات الجهات الخارجية
نستخدم مساحة التخزين في المتصفح وتقنيات خارجية لتشغيل الموقع وحمايته وقياس أدائه وعرض محتواه. وتبقى الخدمات الاختيارية معطلة إلى أن تحدد اختيارك.
- الخدمات الضرورية: يُحفظ اختيارك في المتصفح لمدة 180 يومًا. يحمي Cloudflare Turnstile نماذج الاستفسار من إساءة الاستخدام، ويساعد Google Fonts على عرض النصوص بصورة متسقة. وقد تتلقى هذه الخدمات بيانات تقنية مثل عنوان IP ومعلومات المتصفح والجهاز.
- التحليلات: بعد موافقتك، يجمع Google Analytics وMicrosoft Clarity بيانات استخدام الموقع والتفاعل معه لمساعدتنا على تحسين أدائه.
- معالجة الاستفسارات: تستخدم Cloudflare لحماية استفسارات الموقع وتخزينها مع المرفقات الخاصة، ويستخدم Brevo لحفظ بيانات الاتصال التجاري وإرسال إشعار الاستفسار ورسالة التأكيد. هذه المعالجة ضرورية لتنفيذ الطلب الذي ترسله ولا تعني اشتراكك في التسويق.
- التسويق: لا يُحمّل تتبع Brevo في المتصفح إلا بعد السماح بملفات تعريف ارتباط التسويق، ولا نضيف عنوان بريدك إلى قائمة التسويق إلا إذا حددت خانة الموافقة الاختيارية في نموذج الاستفسار. يمكنك سحب موافقتك في أي وقت.
- المحتوى الخارجي: لا تُحمّل فيديوهات YouTube وخرائط Google إلا بعد السماح بالمحتوى الخارجي. وقد يتلقى مقدمو هذه الخدمات عندئذٍ عنوان IP وبيانات التفاعل.
يمكنك قبول الكل أو رفض الخدمات غير الضرورية أو الاختيار حسب الفئة. ويمكنك تغيير اختيارك أو سحبه في أي وقت من خلال «إعدادات ملفات الارتباط» في تذييل الصفحة. يعالج كل مقدم خدمة البيانات وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به: Google، وMicrosoft، وBrevo، وCloudflare.
